To have to pay on top of tournament fees. Parking lot is garbage and the fields are just ok.

The way that this sports complex treats its umpires and referees is deplorable! With the amount of money you are taking in. The prices you charge. You cant have the decency to give an official some water?! I stood at the concession stand yesterday and an official asked if you could please fill up his water thermos for him and you told him to go out back and use the hose! Shame on you! Some of these people are here all day! What happens when its 90 degrees outside, are you going to let someone die of heat stroke? Have some compassion or at least some human decency. I belong to a youth football organization and every official gets a hot dog and a drink of choice for every game they work, but you cant even give them water!!! I will never spend another dollar at your place again! Shame on you!

Primetime advertises that they take and post metrics for their tournament games however that varies greatly depending on how motivated their employees are to actually set up and manage the equipment. Last Sunday our team played in the championship game and because it was a Sunday night at 5:00 and had been raining earlier, the guys didn’t bother to set the equipment back up and instead blamed it on the weather even though there had not been a single drop of rain the entire game. It’s unfortunate that the metrics our players COULD be receiving depend so greatly on whether or not these guys want to do their job or not. We pay to play in the tournament, families pay to enter the facility but Primetime doesn’t want to do their job. As you can see in the pictures from this weekend, one field is fully set up and managed but another field only has the radar and no one tracking data

Great facility. Laid out well. Seating and viewing is superb. Parking is good. Bathrooms could use an update and cleaning, but not terrible. One thing that is ridiculous is asking for a tip at a concession stand. Tipping culture is out of control. The $30 per person gate fee for the weekend is a bit high as well. Maybe that’s a tournament director thing and not the park district thing, though.

Awesome fields - great turf & well-maintained outfield grass. Tremendous viewing, too. Oh, and the Chill Zone food, beverages, and facility are top-notch. It's just a superb place for youth/teen baseball for both the players and families.
